1. Provision of Service
StoryShot ("the Service") provides a web tool that lets you create story cards in your browser and save them as PNG for use on Instagram stories, KakaoTalk profile, blog thumbnails, and similar. The Service is provided "as is" and is free to use.
2. Acceptable Use
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and public order. You are responsible for the content of the cards you create. You must not upload or share content that infringes others' copyright, portrait rights, or reputation. The operator may remove content or restrict use when inappropriate use is identified.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Rights in the Service itself (design, logo, text, etc.) belong to the provider. Rights in the card images you create and the text and images they contain belong to you; you may use your cards freely for personal or commercial purposes.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is intended for use in a browser environment. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or data loss. Content shared in the gallery is posted by third parties; the provider does not guarantee its accuracy or legality. You are responsible for any disputes arising from content you upload or share.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be posted on the Service with the revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For inquiries, please refer to the Privacy Policy or About page.
